The very first thing I notice about people I just met, is their legs. I know it sounds weird, but their legs. When I started school, I looked down at the teachers leges and thought, ‘She looks nice, but I wonder if she is.’ And then I slowly raise my head, scanning their entire body. I then either say hi to them, or wait until he/she asks for my name.
The second thing I notice about people is hair. A quick glance at their legs, and then a speedy lift of my head, which allows me to look at their hair before I look back to their legs. Finally, as I lift my head, I look at the clothing they wear. instead of seeing if they are jeans or dresses, I look at what is on their clothes. For example, I look at the patterns of a dress. Or a whether or not the jeans are skin-tight or not.
By looking at something first, then second, then third, gives you a stronger opinion of who they are. This is why you should speak to them as-well.

Finn, Your best post ever!
Thanks!
A very interesting post Finn. I notice people’s hands first and it’s fun seeing if I can guess what they do just from looking at their hands.
Really? their shoes also interest me.
